Located in Fayetteville Arkansas, my community nutrition and corporate wellness programing is built around a balanced blend of nutrition education along with integrated cooking demonstrations.
These two elements, in combination, help participants not only connect with why they may benefit from a change, but also how to create a change. Together, we translate the information presented in the first part of the program, into foods to add to their shopping cart, and meals and snacks to put on their plates. Evaluation of goals and objectives is integrated into every program to measurably demonstrate gains.
Programming is offered virtually & in-person, and may include a choice of an established program (listed below), or customized content to suit your organizational needs.
